Soothing autumn thyme honey ginger infusion
Ideal in autumn, this infusion will not only warm you up, but also help soothe sore throats and coughs!
Ingredients - for 1 mug
- 1 bundle Véritable® fresh thyme
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1 spoonful honey
Preparation
- Boil some water.
- Pick a few sprigs of fresh thyme from your garden and wrap them in string to make a bundle.
- Place the bundle of thyme and a pinch of ground ginger in a cup.
- Pour in the hot water and leave the thyme to infuse for 3 minutes before removing it.
- Add your spoonful of honey.
Drink it hot!
