- 100g cured ham
- 280g tomato coulis
- 200g Savoy tomme cheese
- 50g rocket
- 1 salad
- Olive oil
- Oregano or other Provençal herb

Preparation
- Take the pizza dough out of the fridge a few minutes beforehand. Preheat the oven to 220°.
- Roll out each pizza dough by stretching it with your hands and lifting it pizzaiolo style... Place it on an ovenproof tray lined with baking paper. Brush with a thin layer of tomato coulis and sprinkle with oregano or other Provencal herbs. Sprinkle with slices of Savoy tomme and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes (it should puff up slightly).
- Meanwhile, wash the rocket and prepare the other salad and dressing.
- Check the pizza is cooked and, once it has come out of the oven, sprinkle with the cured ham and rocket leaves. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Serve the pizza with the salad.
