Pizza with grilled artichokes, mozza and bacon

Une délicieuse pizza revisitée qui change de la classique Margherita ou Napolitaine ! 

Ingredients - for 4 people

  • 2 pizza doughs
  • 2 mozzarella cheeses
  • 100g chorizo
  • 1 jar of artichoke hearts
  • 1 jar of tomato coulis
  • 1 salad
  • olive oil
  • Oregano or herbes de Provence
  • baking paper
  • Dressing

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Cut the mozzarella into slices.
  3. Roll out each pizza dough, pizza-style, stretching it with your hands several times and lifting it up (it tends to shrink, so be patient).  
  4. Place the dough(s) on an ovenproof tray lined with baking paper. Spread the tomato coulis on top, followed by slices of chorizo and the mozzarella.
  5. Drain the artichoke hearts, cut them in half and spread them out. Add a drizzle of oil and a little oregano or herbes de Provence.
  6. Place in the oven for 15-20 min. 
  7. Meanwhile, prepare the salad and vinaigrette.
  8. Check for doneness and enjoy the pizza with the salad straight from the oven.
