Soothing autumn thyme honey ginger infusion

Ideal in autumn, this infusion will not only warm you up, but also help soothe sore throats and coughs!

Ingredients - for 1 mug

  • 1 bundle Véritable® fresh thyme
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1 spoonful honey

Preparation

  1. Boil some water.

  2. Pick a few sprigs of fresh thyme from your garden and wrap them in string to make a bundle.

  3. Place the bundle of thyme and a pinch of ground ginger in a cup.

  4. Pour in the hot water and leave the thyme to infuse for 3 minutes before removing it.

  5. Add your spoonful of honey.

Drink it hot!
