White Christmas Mojito
A festive and refreshing cocktail, perfect for the holiday season.
Ingredients - for 1 glass
- Juice of one lime
- 8 Moroccan mint and lemon balm leaves
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 cl cane syrup
- 4 cl white rum
- 60 ml coconut milk
- Sparkling water
- Crushed ice
- Cranberries or pomegranate seeds
- Forget-me-not flowers
Preparation
- Prepare the glass by setting up two small plates. Pour a bit of lime juice on one plate and powdered sugar on the other. Moisten the rim of the glass with lime juice, then roll it in the sugar to coat. Set aside.
- Mix the lime juice, cane syrup, and mint leaves in the glass.
- Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice.
- In a shaker, combine the rum and coconut milk. Shake well.
- Pour the mixture over the ice and stir to combine all ingredients.
- Top with sparkling water and garnish with mint, lemon balm, cranberries or pomegranate seeds, and a few forget-me-not flowers."
