Pizza with grilled artichokes, mozza and bacon
Une délicieuse pizza revisitée qui change de la classique Margherita ou Napolitaine !
Ingredients - for 4 people
- 2 pizza doughs
- 2 mozzarella cheeses
- 100g chorizo
- 1 jar of artichoke hearts
- 1 jar of tomato coulis
- 1 salad
- olive oil
- Oregano or herbes de Provence
- baking paper
- Dressing
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Cut the mozzarella into slices.
- Roll out each pizza dough, pizza-style, stretching it with your hands several times and lifting it up (it tends to shrink, so be patient).
- Place the dough(s) on an ovenproof tray lined with baking paper. Spread the tomato coulis on top, followed by slices of chorizo and the mozzarella.
- Drain the artichoke hearts, cut them in half and spread them out. Add a drizzle of oil and a little oregano or herbes de Provence.
- Place in the oven for 15-20 min.
- Meanwhile, prepare the salad and vinaigrette.
- Check for doneness and enjoy the pizza with the salad straight from the oven.
